Plan Policy

How our service plans work, how to change them, and what to expect.

This Plan Policy describes the service plans available through Trash Day Made Easy LLC, how billing works, and how clients may change, pause, or cancel their plans. By enrolling in any service plan, you agree to the terms outlined here and in our Terms & Conditions.

1. Available Service Plans

Residential Plans

Residential bin valet service (Backdoor-to-Curb) is available on the following billing cycles:

Residential service pricing starts at $49/month. Final pricing may vary based on service area, bin count, and specific property needs. A one-time $20.00 account setup fee applies to all new residential accounts.

Operator Plans

Multifamily, BTR, STR, and HOA operator service is offered through custom service agreements. Pricing is based on property size, unit count, service frequency, and market. Operator plans are invoiced monthly unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

3. Changing Your Plan

Monthly to Annual

Monthly plan clients may switch to an annual plan at any time. The annual plan pricing takes effect at the next billing cycle. Any unused days on the current monthly period will be credited toward the annual plan.

Annual to Monthly

Annual plan clients may switch to a monthly plan at the time of annual renewal. Downgrading mid-year is not available without cancellation. See the Refund Policy for annual cancellation terms.

Operator Plan Changes

Changes to operator service plans — including adding properties, adjusting collection frequency, or expanding to new markets — must be submitted in writing to info@trashdaymadeeasy.com. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Service Pauses

Residential clients may request a temporary service pause of up to 60 days (e.g., for extended travel, relocation preparation, or seasonal absence). Pause requests must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance.

5. Plan Renewals

All plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. For monthly plans, cancellation must be received before the next billing date. For annual plans, cancellation must be received at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next annual period.

Renewal reminder emails are sent to the email address on file. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a current email address in their account.

6. Price Changes

Trash Day Made Easy LLC reserves the right to adjust service pricing. Existing clients will receive at least 30 days’ advance written notice of any price increase before it takes effect. Price increases will not apply to active annual plan clients until their current annual term expires.

7. Service Area Changes

Service availability is subject to our current geographic coverage. If we discontinue service in your area, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice and issue a prorated refund for any prepaid service period affected by the discontinuation.

8. Payment Failures

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again within 3 business days. If payment cannot be collected after two attempts, service may be paused until the outstanding balance is resolved. Clients will be notified by email of any failed payment.
