Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Trash Day Made Easy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your access to our website at trashdaymadeeasy.com. By signing up for service, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Trash Day Made Easy LLC provides valet trash and waste management services including, but not limited to:

Services are available in the Charleston SC and Atlanta GA markets. Availability is subject to geographic coverage at the time of signup. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service offering with reasonable notice.

2. Account Setup & Activation

Residential service accounts require a one-time, non-refundable account setup fee of $20.00 USD at the time of enrollment. This fee covers administrative setup, route configuration, and account activation. Service begins after the setup fee is received and account onboarding is complete.

Operator accounts (multifamily, BTR, STR, HOA) are established through a service agreement. Terms specific to operator accounts are outlined in the individual service agreement between the Company and the operator.

3. Payment Terms

Residential Clients

Residential service is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Monthly billing is processed on or around the same date each month. Annual billing is processed as a single charge covering 12 months of service (with the equivalent of one month provided at no additional charge under current annual pricing).

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring service fees on the applicable billing cycle.

Operator Clients

Multifamily, BTR, STR, and HOA operator accounts are billed per the terms of the executed service agreement. Payment terms, billing cycles, and pricing are specified in each individual agreement.

Late Payments

Accounts more than 10 days past due may result in suspension of service. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in termination of service. The Company reserves the right to assess a late fee on overdue balances as specified in the service agreement or plan terms.

4. Service Schedules & Collection

Service is performed on the schedule established at time of signup. Collection schedules are set based on your municipal trash collection calendar and your property’s specific needs. We make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent service on scheduled days.

Service may be adjusted for municipal holidays, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate schedule changes in advance when possible. No refunds or credits are issued for adjustments caused by municipal schedule changes or events outside our control, provided service is rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

The Company reserves the right to decline collection of any item deemed unsafe, prohibited, or outside the scope of service.

7. Cancellation

Residential clients may cancel service at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@trashdaymadeeasy.com or by calling 843-955-3132. Service will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued on monthly plans. See our Refund Policy for annual billing cancellation terms.

Operator accounts may be cancelled per the terms of the executed service agreement. Early termination terms vary by agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trash Day Made Easy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for damage to property that was pre-existing or that occurs due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to improper bin placement by the client, third-party interference, or acts of nature.

9. Photo Documentation

As part of our service verification process, our team photographs service completion at client properties. These photos are used solely for service verification, quality control, and customer communication purposes. Photos are retained for a limited period and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or posted notice with at least 14 days’ advance notice before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
