Who the Program Is For
The subsidized program is set aside for two overlapping groups: seniors aging in place who would otherwise struggle to manage trash and recycling bins on their own, and low-to-moderate income (LMI) households for whom standard pricing is a barrier to a service that meaningfully reduces physical strain and safety risk.
Because eligibility depends on household situation and address, we confirm it individually rather than publishing a fixed income cutoff or age requirement online. Reach out and we'll walk through what applies to you.
